I took the new camera out for a spin and wandered through the Asian Art Museum one recent Saturday afternoon. The current exhibition drawing many visitors in: China's Terracotta Warriors. I haven't been to the museum on a Saturday in ages and I remembered why: it's crowded! I'm not complaining. I'm glad people are interested and coming through the doors, but I do like to linger and take my time through an exhibit without feeling rushed. 

The San Francisco Unified School District's Arts Festival "A Citywide Celebration of Student Creativity" was also on exhibit. Here are some warriors created by the students of Alice Fong Yu Alternative School:
